How to Win At Life

What is the Purpose of Life? You Matter to God!

This article outlines a spiritual perspective on finding purpose and meaning in life. It emphasizes the importance of experiencing God's love and forgiveness, and forming a spiritual relationship with God through the Holy Spirit. It discusses the concept of being part of God's divine family, the idea of falling from God's design due to sin, and the redemption offered through Jesus Christ. It also touches on the nature of true love as demonstrated by Christ, the concept of being born again as a spiritual experience rather than a religious ritual, and the importance of moving beyond self-focused religion to embrace a relationship with God. Finally, this article highlights the role of meditation and spiritual discipline in achieving true spiritual results and personal revival, suggesting that mental clarity and daily spiritual practices of self-denial and embracing God's love and changing thinking patterns with truth are key to understanding and living out one's faith

My Story

I am just like you, human and familiar with failure. The reason for this book is not to brag about how I found the right religion or about how successful I am. Quite the opposite, this is about God’s victorious love for all humanity. Personally, I have experienced God’s forgiveness, healing touch, the power of His word to transform reality. Regardless of your current beliefs, I think that all of us can agree on one thing. That one thing is that our world is rapidly changing! If we just stop for a moment and examine all that is happening all across the world all across our county and even with our personal lives we know that things have changed. Most people can sense that something BIG is coming. We can even ‘feel it in the air’. This calls for us to re-evaluate things. To re-evaluate the very core of our existence. My hope is that you also experience the wonderful gift of salvation and find your real identity in the words of Christ.

Your Purpose: God wants you in His Divine family!

The Holy Scriptures say that your Heavenly Father has a plan for YOU! To fulfill that plan is nothing less than ultimate success in this life and the life to come in eternity. But we need to hear Him, so that He can lead us into His plan for our lives. But to do that, we need to be consciously connected to Him in a spiritual relationship, grounded in truth, reason through the Holy Spirit’s help.

God loves you with an everlasting love and wants to bless you and fellowship with you!

Why should you care? God has placed the desire for love, TRUTH, JUSTICE and eternity in every heart.

God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart (Ecc. 3:11, NLT)

God wants a human family! “Our story—the story of why God wants us—begins with the idea that God is your Maker. God wanted us to exist in order to enjoy us and to have us enjoy Him in return.” See What Does God Want? By Michael Heiser

God thinks He has made you a fantastic, Spirit-born person, quite a bit like Himself, well-recognized throughout the heavens. -God’s Astounding Opinion of You: Understanding Your True Identity Will Change Your Life by Ralph Harris

God not only loves you, desires to save you from your desperation to save yourself and proved it through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ who also claimed to be I AM, both man and God, equal to God the Father!.

God Is Most Glorified in Us When We Are Most Satisfied in Him

Where You Came From: You fell from God’s design for your life.

In Genesis (Genesis 1:1), we discover that God created everything. In John (John 1:1), we discover that the Word (God expressed through logic, truth, reality, reasoning) was with God, and the Word was God.

God spoke of Himself, and thus, “the Word”. God created everyone in His image. You and I are made in God’s image. We “ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil”. This is a reference to having a genuine conscience and experiencing the sensation of guilt which we experience when we have moral free will. God gave humankind the ability to understand right from wrong (good and evil), and to disobey what we know in our heart is wrong, which is to have moral free will, but then told us not to “eat” of it—to not exercise that moral free will—or we would “surely die”. So through knowledge of good and evil (as opposed to intimate knowledge of God) and disobeying God’s Laws, we defy God, our Creator, who defines objective morality and this is called “sin”, and the consequence of doing this is our own mortality.

Trying to please God, or save ourselves through self-righteous religious means, or rolling our own morality (justifying our own guilty conscience) actually leads to death (separation from God). This grieves the Spirit of God, so all of us have lost direct fellowship with Him and the life He gives by His presence, the tree of life, so we are all prone to die, because He is the giver of life.

God sees the sin and misery in our world and knows its cause. It hurts him. God is so consumed with love for his human children that he will not turn away from his original ambition. Despite foreseeing the rebellion that would come in Eden and all the failures and sins that would follow—including our own—God still longs for a human family!

God planned a way out for us, that from humanity would be born someone who would be stricken while at the same time would “crush” Satan (the deceiver and accuser). This was a promise to the human beings who first sinned, that someone born from their lineage would come who would suffer death but at the same time defeat the deceiver and even death itself on behalf of humankind.

Throughout the rest of the Old Testament, God promised a savior, a mighty shepherd, who would defeat the enemy who deceived us. He promised a messiah. God’s solution to rebellion was radical. He had to become a man. He had to join the human race. This is where Jesus Christ of Nazareth enters the story. (John 1:1, 14-15; Col 1:15-20; 2:6-9).

God planned everything all along from the beginning for several reasons. He did it to tell a love story of glorious redemption. He did it to glorify Himself. But mostly to what matters from humanity’s perspective, He did it so that we can choose whether or not to worship Him. If we didn’t have moral free will—that is, if we didn’t have access to the tree of knowledge of good and evil—then we would essentially be “robots”, mere animals, reacting to stimuli against the world around us.

In John 1, the “Word” was with God and “the Word” was God, “now the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.”

From the beginning, God set us up with the capacity for free will, along with the resulting curse of our mortality. But at the same time, God planned all along to fix the problem He set us up with and yet that we put ourselves in all along. God came to us, as one of us, as Jesus, and Jesus lived a perfect life, perfectly obedient to God the Father who contains the universe in Whom we live, and move, and have our being. And yet, despite being completely without fault, Jesus laid his life down and died on behalf of our own sin.

Wait, God Himself came to humanity as a human, as Jesus!? Jesus (the Living Word) came to earth as a man do join humanity to God!

What would our Creator and Designer do if He came in the flesh as one of us to walk among us? Surely he would demonstrate a full and rich understanding of his role, and he did. (Luke 2:39-52) He would demonstrate profound love for human beings, through countless miracles and kindheartedness, and he did, more than anyone could manage to document (John 21:25). He would teach humanity better ways of thinking of the universe they live in, better perspectives of their Creator (John 14:9), better worldviews and ways of living (Matthew 5-6), and better ways of thinking about our own selves. He would demonstrate setting captives free and give the world a new life of total and profound FREEDOM—freedom to live without the bondage of sin, freedom to discover and explore eternity with God, freedom to know and love and be loved by God without the hindrances and futility of obeying organized religion (legalistic, performance-driven, self-centered rituals).

Most importantly, he would come to do what He had promised. In an act of pure love for His creation, He would lay his life down for us, so that we be part of God’s family.

Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly! (Romans 5:8, TPT)

The word God’s Love, “Agape” is always an active word, something is always done. You do it to people you do not like, to people who are your enemies, to people who hate you. This is the highest love among humans. Agape reaches out to the unlovely, to the ungrateful, to the hateful, horrible, unattractive. When men are helpless and in desperate need, then Agape is a reaction to that situation which transforms itself into action. This is the sort of love God has, and that is why every mention of God’s love is linked to the cross. If you tell unbelievers that God loves you, they will assume that they are attractive in their state of sin and self-righteousness and do not need to turn from themselves and change. Love and forgiveness belong together. Love also tells the truth no matter what.

It Is Finished. Jesus Christ Lives!

Christ Finished Your Salvation and Perfected Your Spirit. The work of God is to believe in the reality of Jesus Christ.

The Son of God became a man. He suffered and died on so that our sins would no longer keep us out of God’s family. He rose from the dead so that we could also overcome death and be with His Father, our Father, the only true God, forever.

The word “Gospel” means “good news.” It is the good news of how you can have a loving, reasonable, spiritual relationship with God that gives meaning and purpose to this life, and, at the same time, gives you the certainty that you will spend eternity with Him now and in the future New Heaven and Earth.

The Gospel is an offer – but not just of forgiveness, for that is only a beginning. It is an offer of righteousness (correct thinking and correct living according to the law of love); it is an offer of making sinners into saints. It is a double exchange, God forgives me and gives me His righteousness (I can never earn it), but I give Him my life in faith and obedience. I can become born again and receive a NEW IDENTITY!

Jesus asked an important question when He was here on Earth: “Who do YOU say that I am?” If you died tonight and stood before God, and He asked: “Why should I let you into Heaven?” What would you say? Do you know with absolute certainty that you would go to Heaven?

Man has always sought a way to cross the barrier that separates him from God. He has tried to break through it by good works, loving your neighbor, sacraments, joining some particular church or denomination, etc. But the Bible teaches that no work of sinful man can ever tear down the barrier of sin that separates Holy God from sinful man. Laws (either the 10 commandments or our own made up rules) are not God. The Law was never given for us to be self-righteous. The Law only shows us that we can’t have intimacy with a loving God through rules.

Only God could possibly be capable of living a perfectly good life, a life that perfectly exudes a demonstration of obedience to God’s moral authority.

But only a man—only a human being—can suffer the consequence of sin and make meaningful a substitution of the penalty of our own sins. So God became a human and lived the perfect life but suffered death for our sins. Do you truly believe this? Does it impact your life? Are you touched by the fact Jesus Christ, God, looks just like you and is also perfectly human and perfectly God?

God is Trustworthy. God proves His love for you by sending His son to die for you.

In our heart we know there is an irreconcilable cosmic controversy between darkness and light, death and life. The question is how did the controversy begin? Who is the real enemy? What is the answer? The question comes closer still. How may the controversy in my own heart, the strife between selfishness and charity be finally settled in the victory of good forever? What does God have to teach us about this that is so important to every soul?

The greatest controversy is really a battle between God and Satan (the accuser), Satan who has led all of humanity to doubt God’s goodness and God sending His own Son to die for humanity to prove God’s goodness once and for all!

Why Would a Loving God Allow Hell?

Because God allows for free will, the possibility of evil exists and so do unfortunate accidents. God commands two thirds of all the cosmic angelic forces, while the devil only commands one third. God has already defeated the devil since the times of eternity with a plan than was greater than Lucifer’s rebellion against God. The mess we call SIN was contained before it started! God never lost control of the universe. The Great Controversy is a cosmic display of characters. God principle to run the universe is LOVE. The devil’s counter-life-LOVE movement (Fear-SIN) is already defeated and “contained.” God’s plan to deal with this “temper-tantrum” was put into effect when God created Adam and Eve, during the Great Controversy for the 4.000 years prior to the coming of Jesus, and it was sealed on the cross of Calvary (“It is finished”) as a cosmic testimony to the universe, that the devil was actually defeated forever!

Hell is God’s last resort to those who have rejected His love. God does not send anyone to hell willingly. People send themselves to hell because the opposite of love is to ultimately harm oneself and others. God is a loving purifying fire, and He is a loving fire for all: good or bad. There is, however, a great difference in the way people receive this loving fire of God. The same loving fire brings the day to those who respond to love with love, and burns those who respond to love with hatred. Paradise and hell are one of the same River of God, a loving fire which embraces and covers all with the same beneficial will. Those who hate God and reject His mercy can only experience “the consuming fire of God’s perfecting love”. For those who stubbornly cling to their selfishness, lust, pride, delusions, ego, God’s holy presence would be unbearable torture.1

Pride (ego, rebellion, selfishness) is the root of all sin. Pride is the most serious, and the most subtle, sin. It often is not even recognized as existing. It causes us to turn away from God instead of turning to Him. The solution is to surrender to God’s love. The message of Jesus on the cross, “IT IS FINISHED” means that nothing can be done to improve the perfect work of God done for humanity. People will not go to heaven or hell on the basis of their goodness, but by accepting God in their lives as the only source of PERFECTION.

True Love is in Christ. Jesus shows us how to love.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)

True love, the love that Christ showed is always costly but worth it. True love is all about compassion in action.

There is no fear in love [dread does not exist]. But perfect (complete, full-grown) love drives out fear, because fear involves [the expectation of divine] punishment, so the one who is afraid [of God’s judgment] is not perfected in love [has not grown into a sufficient understanding of God’s love] (1 John 4:18, Amp)

Love overcomes religious, performance-driven legalism (The “Law”) because loving God and your neighbor, even your enemies (exactly how Christ demonstrated His love for us), fulfills the Law. The point is, we no longer obey the law of Love out of obligation, but out of gratitude and respect the Holy Spirit gives us for Christ.

How can I know if God really does love me? By believing in the fact that Jesus suffered innocently for us that we don’t have to. God took the greatest evil in the universe – sin, and turned it around for good just to show you how serious He is about His love and goodness that you can now have eternal life as a free gift. This is the costly love God showed us through Jesus, proof, that He loves you.

“This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted(John 3:16-18, The Message) But as many as received Him (Jesus) to them, He gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in Him (John 1:12).

So then when we come to God by faith and acknowledge our sins (our disobedience, our going our own way instead of His way), He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and not only that but to cleanse us of all unrighteousness. He transforms our spirits into new creatures, and we enter into His eternal life as we submit to His holy presence.

The knowledge that God offers His love to you every hour of every day may not be new to you; what may be new is that you have to receive Him who is love or His loving forgiveness will not become yours. Generally, humanity gives and receives human love. It is vital in all of our lives that we understand God’s love for us so that we live lived. We receive God’s love by meditating on His love through understanding the scriptures from our heart. The essence of salvation is receiving God’s forgiveness and the promised Holy Spirit, which is part of His love. So we begin by receiving His love by knowing Him deeply through Truth. If we are born again, we have already received His loving forgiveness. At any time, we can open the door and ask Him to come in, even right now, you can simply tell Him that you want to know Him personally and live with Him forever, that you want to love and obey Him, that you know that Jesus paid the penalty for your sin on the cross and now offers you His loving forgiveness. Then out of simple faith in what God has said, open the door and receive Him. Receive His love, His forgiveness and the fullness of His Holy Spirit.

In order to be saved, we must have genuine faith. Faith is complete trust in something we can’t see but are certain of it because we believe it is true. Faith is not feelings or positive thinking. Faith is a gift from God.

Faith is an ACT based on BELIEF sustained by CONFIDENCE (EXPECTATION). Even atheists and agnostics have faith in the laws of physics. Believers in God have faith in the promises of God. In fact, it really is the faithfulness of Jesus Christ that is working real belief in His promises in you through the Holy Spirit.

…the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

The apostle Paul used Abraham as an example of believing loyalty (Rom 4:1-12). Abraham believed and was accepted by God before he obeyed any rules. The rules were about showing he believed. They did not replace belief. Belief (faith) was the one essential thing. Belief and loyalty are two distinct things. They are related but not interchangeable. The same is true of salvation and discipleship.

Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1) And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)

“Grace” means something which is given freely…without cost or obligation. Grace is simply God meeting your supernatural needs for every situation. You cannot purchase eternal life with good works, right living. Remember, God will offer it only as a gift to you if you truly want it! When man attempts to gain eternal life through his own works, he is no longer accepting God’s offer of eternal life as a free gift, that is, by Grace.

I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (Galatians 2:21)

If you will humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, in His good time, He will lift you up (1 Peter 5:6)

Humility is also necessary to receive God’s love, to be lifted up by our heavenly Father. We must put aside selfish ambitions to make room for the love of another. God’s love is all around us all the time. If we make room, He will surely come in. You may ask, “How can I control this ego of mine and humble myself so that I can receive God’s love?” Our ego doesn’t want to be dependent on anyone; it wants others to be dependent on us, so that we appear to be someone special. But there is only One who is not dependent on anyone and that is God. It is said that a humble person does not stoop smaller than he is; he stands at his real height seeing the reality of how small he is compared to God. When he humbles himself, he does not have to put on an act anymore because he has the real thing.

Humility causes us to begin to fit into God’s kingdom and into the purpose He has for our lives which is fellowship with Himself. In trusting-humility, we can open the door of our hearts and receive God’s love through a real, personal, loving relationship (Revelation 3:20). Then, through the power of His love, we have the strength to overcome our old sinful nature and love Him back. Because He loves us and is faithful to us first, we are able to do our part and complete an exchange of love. The Gospel’s power is in what it takes away - our need to work hard to save ourselves, to be right all the time, to judge ourselves and others. We can still be rational, thinking creatures and believe what God has said in His Word about Himself and us is true. By gaining understanding of this through meditating on Scripture, we gain more confidence in God!

You are God’s Temple. Being born again means God lives inside you!

Jesus Christ did not say anything about institutional religion in the Bible! His focus was on the kingdom (rule) of God within you and your personal, spiritual relationship with Him (being born again by the Holy Spirit)!

Being “Born Again” IS NOT a religion! It is a personal, spiritual experience through the gift of the Holy Spirit that God wants all who desire to know and worship Him to encounter. God lives in You! If you are a follower of God, you are part of God’s family. You are not God, but share in His nature. Your body is God’s dwelling place. God cannot be found in buildings or religious denominations. What is the Church then? A Church is simply you, me, and others like us, who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. To be a Christian is to be “of Christ “or to be a follower of Jesus. The word Christian is all inclusive. It needs no other word added to it for explanation or definition.

There are 2 ways to see reality: carnal (physical, earthly) or spiritual. You get what you think about most of the time. To be carnal minded is to be thinking about material things and fulfilling your physical senses which are never satisfied (eating, drinking, buying, selling). To be spiritual minded, is to live by the words of Jesus Christ (mental-heart based living). Spirituality is Always Based on Truth Not Emotion. The world (Mystery Babylon or confusion) worships/esteems pleasure, sex, money, sensuality but followers of God esteem/worship the Heavenly Father in Spirit and Truth. Jesus was so full of faith that His “bread” was only to do the will of the Father. We too can keep conscious contact with God through the Holy Spirit and do God’s will on earth. Your Body Parts are Holy Your eyes, ears, mind, heart are part of God’s temple. How you see the world affects your reality. Reality is really about agreements you make. To have God’s reality (or Christ consciousness) is to have the holy scriptures in you through meditation, thoughts, prayers, songs. Spiritual warfare is about battling against false ideas (not people).

Freedom from the Religion of Self. You don’t have to try hard to save yourself.

Religion is like a “gun” that you can either shoot others or yourself with rules, judgment, shame, superiority, pride, irrationality, confusion. Religion promotes confusion and prevents critical thinking. True spirituality is being all you are created for rational, creative, loving while still honoring God and His image in you and others. Salvation is a free gift by Christ’s faithfulness, there is no boasting or condemnation. We simply must come to agreement to what God says about Himself and us. We can still be rational creatures, free to be ourself without the manipulation, judgment, confusion of man-made religion. Simply, the Gospel removes shame, guilt, judgment from ourselves. Jesus made exaggerations about the law to prove the point that it’s not enough to do right but also think right with right motivation. No matter how hard we try to do good, we can never perfectly think right and have selfless God-honoring motives. Jesus wants us to come to the end of our own self-confidence in our own abilities. Jesus wants us to believe in His faithfulness, obedience, love alone. It’s not a matter of stopping bad behavior or wrong thoughts, it’s giving up yourself that God alone would be rendered all the faith, love alone. Jesus removed all your sins before you ever had a choice in it! You cannot be more or less perfect in Christ than you are already! The goal of life is to meditate on the spiritual union that yields faith, love and righteousness that is found in Christ, not of yourself through scripture! There is no separation from Love!

Are you ready to give up religion for good? A religious spirit will try to gain favor with God through good works rather than out of gratefulness for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It will judge, criticize, tear-down instead of build up others. Religious people love to live out their religion in public. Jesus said to seek Him in private. Build intimacy with Christ in secret (prayer closet) through meditation, worship. Pray that the same love the Father has with Jesus will be in you. Love must replace religious duty. You cannot live out of fear of punishment. Be led by the Holy Spirit. Born-again believers do not live out their lives in carnality, through soulish living but through the spirit. Spirit of Christ within you the hope of glory! (Col 1:27)

JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE! THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE ONLY WAY TO CONTINUE TO LIVE OUT THE CHRISTIAN LIFE!

We all have a unifying point of faith: the Lord Jesus. He calls us to love and respect each other, but never to believe exactly alike. A person who has accepted Jesus as his or her personal Savior has done so just like all other Christians throughout history. Those who willingly devote their lives to Him find that they are doing more than just following His directions; they find themselves developing a loving relationship with Him. They call upon Him as a friend in times of need and times of joy. He is their constant companion. Now, if you have felt that God has abandoned you and that probably everyone else is enjoying this relationship but not you – don’t despair. God has promised never to leave you.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit. As a result of having God’s spirit, He shows us daily how to live a holy life—that is, a life that pleases Him and that is free of sin. (1 Corinthians 6:17)

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you…For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. (Romans 8:1-13)

This means God supernaturally empowers us to live righteously, and, being now where He dwells, we must. God cannot live where there is unholiness, because He is holy. This is a relationship with God, He will remind you and teach you, you must listen. And the more you strive to listen to Him and to please Him, the more He will reveal Himself to you, and empower you to not only live a holy life but to do great things in His kingdom.

It’s important to know that obeying God does not save you. Only faith in Christ’s righteousness saves you. It’s still very important to have a living (useful) faith. A Spirit-filled faith that is alive will also want to love God naturally without compulsion. This is the kind of faith God accepts and allows you to prosper and grow in your Christian walk. If you are unsure if you have living faith, ask God for it and He will freely give you it!

With reverential awe (awareness, respect, fear of the Lord), we can be a friend of God. Through a close, personal relationship (an exchange of love); we can have loving companionship and that peace “that passes all understanding” now and throughout eternity.

Growing Up. Living through mental clarity.

Meditation is the Key to True Spiritual Results. Since spirituality is essentially 100% mental. The most important thing you can do is spent time meditating on God’s Word. Keep praying, confessing, turning to God daily. This is how you experience personal revival. The results of this produce confidence in God, that every promise in scripture is true for you! Jesus said to keep His commandments and then you will know the love of God. To develop the mind of Christ, the key is meditation on truth. Meditate daily on the Word of Christ. It’s not about how much you read, but how deep you go into God’s word so that Jesus’s words become your thoughts and desires. Jesus Himself said that those who do the will of the Heavenly Father will have eternal life.

Experiencing revival, freedom, life union with Jesus through the Holy Spirit involves daily meditation, confession of the Word of God, repentance from sin

“Repent (change your mind) and return to God, and each one of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus, the Anointed One, to have your sins removed. Then you may take hold of the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38 TPT)

Let go of your old self (false expectations) and turn to God for the REAL, BORN AGAIN YOU. Make a public statement about your faith: tell others, get baptized in Jesus’ name. Receive God’s gift: the Holy Spirit. Live in God’s Love. Your sins are removed. Trust God! Don’t give up.

For if you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives. (John 8:32, TPT)

Ask the Lord for understanding and wisdom as you read the Bible. Read your Bible daily. Start in Romans, read a Psalm or Proverb a day. Renew your mind. Believe that the Word of God is true despite your feelings. Openly speak the truth. Realize only the Word of God can discern and correct between your soul (emotions), spirit (born again part) and mind/heart which all need to come into agreement with the Truth. Guard your mind, knowing that sin begins in the mind. Get prompt forgiveness for sinful thoughts especially those produced by anger or a critical attitude. Ask the Lord for His thoughts. Monitor any wrong thinking and continue to receive His loving forgiveness on a daily basis as the bedrock of your relationship. Listen to an audio bible. Memorize scripture. Forgive everyone who has offended you, whether or not they ask for it. All of us, to one degree or another, fail to forgive those who, knowingly or unknowingly have hurt us. It is here that we must choose to go on in the new life God has given us. We must choose to continue to receive His forgiveness by becoming a forgiver ourselves (Matthew 6:14, 15).1 Know that you never have to be lonely; Jesus is right there at the door knocking, waiting to fellowship with you and to lead you into fellowship with our heavenly Father. (Revelation 3:20) Whenever you need answers to life’s many questions, ask the Lord to give you a word about your need.

We must remember that Jesus brought us a new covenant, and with that came a new life walking in the Spirit and battling in the Spirit. He now gives us the weapons and tools that we need to fight the enemy’s attacks and he expects us to use them! He wants us to become mighty warriors of God spiritually and to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11)

Discipleship. Exercising our spirit and loving others.

Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 21:16-20)

We follow those two greatest commandments—loving God and loving our neighbors—by imitating Jesus himself, and then teaching others to do the same. That is essentially what it means to be a disciple, or to be a Christian; it is to be someone who imitates Christ, or to be someone who imitates someone who imitates Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).

By having God’s Holy Spirit within you. Jesus started his ministry off by being baptized and the Holy Spirit came upon him. We human beings are all spiritual creatures; we have a body and we have a soul, but our spirit, our essence, is what will live on forever. Without God’s spirit living within us, we are dead, we cannot live. God’s spirit is what teaches us His will, He is what gives us joy in difficult times, and God’s spirit is the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead! The very notion of being “saved”, or being given eternal life, is identified by being reconciled with God, which ultimately means having God’s spirit. By having God’s spirit, we become a new creature, we are born again.

By doing everything that Jesus instructed his disciples to do. If you don’t know what those things are, you’re going to need to study. But we can always revert back again to the same fundamental principle, that Jesus said that all the law and prophets rest on two key commandments:

  • Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
  • Love your neighbor, even enemies as Christ loved you.

But Jesus empowered his disciples through the Holy Spirit to lay hands on the sick and heal them, to cast out demons, and more. They were expected to do these things in love. It’s all always about love. Remember this, because it was reemphasized later in the New Testament especially by Paul, that nothing we do is meaningful or of any value without love.

If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. (1 Corinthians 13:12)

Spiritual Warfare. Truth over lies.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12)

In the coming days Satan may begin an assault on you in an attempt to undermine your faith in Christ. (1 Peter 5:8; Ephesians 6:16; Matthew 13:3-23). Some of his specific goals are: (1) To plant seeds of doubt and despair in order to rob you of the peace, joy and assurance of your salvation. (2) To lead you astray in order to keep you from growing in the knowledge of the truth, and (3) To keep you from being a witness, salt and light to others. Through prayer and putting on the Armor of God daily, you can resist the Devil and win (Ephesians 6:10-18).

The entire backdrop to the original story of sin and how humanity needed a savior is a preemption of a higher authority in the spiritual realm that is dark, evil, and damaging to the heart and psyche of humans. Between the Creator who is God and humanity who was born in God’s image there are many unseen entities created by God as angelic hosts. These, too, had the option of free will and the capacity to rebel against God. Those that did so, the angelic beings that rebelled and remain in rebellion against God, are called “fallen angels”, “demonic spirits”, or “demons”. The highest power among the fallen angels is Lucifer, or Satan. He was one of the greatest angelic beings in heaven, but in thinking himself higher than he ought, he rebelled and was cast out of Heaven. Unlike humanity and the rest of physical life on Earth, God imposed no veil over the eyes of angelic beings—they have direct visibility to see God’s self-expression and the rest of the spiritual realm. He gave rebellious angels limited freedom for a limited time to rule over the world, so that they may put humanity to the test. (Job 1:6-12).

It was a demonic angelic being, or Lucifer himself, that deceived humans from the beginning, as they ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. So the world we live in consists of physical beings that are seen with physical eyes and also spiritual beings that are unseen, and all of the spiritual beings serve God in one way or another, directly or indirectly. The angelic beings that remain true to God’s throne thrive in God’s presence, and serve Him in different ways, including by protecting, guiding, or comforting human beings. The angelic beings that are in rebellion are out only for themselves and their hierarchical order, and human beings make ideal hosts and outlets for their rebellion. They aim to steal the attention of people away from God’s plan and cause humans to deviate or to also rebel. They are constantly scouring the Earth looking for vulnerable, weak people to ensnare with lies, deception, physical injury and sickness, and destructive habits and behaviors. In many cases they possess human beings. In fact, weak humans make ideal hosts for demonic beings, in part because humans are so engaged with the created world, but also because demonic entities love exacerbating the rebellion of creation against the Creator.

But angelic beings are not equal to God, they are not above God, they are sons of God. Jesus, who is the self-expression and personality of God come in the flesh, cast out many demons from people while he walked on Earth in the flesh. He instructed his disciples that he had given his disciples power over demonic forces.

And He called the twelve together, and gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases. (Luke 9:1) Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. (Luke 10:19)

These disciples were learning how to thrive under the authority of the throne of God, because God was launching a new covenant with mankind. Ultimately, all power over all demonic forces must obey the throne of Jesus.

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me” (Matthew 28:18)

Jesus can deliver us from anything, because He has authority over everything, and nothing is better than or greater than or more powerful than Himself. Therefore, if we intimately know Jesus and we have a complete and total dependence upon Him and our eyes are fixated upon Him, we should never be vulnerable to suffering successful attacks from demonic entities. Our responsibility in all of this, therefore, as Jesus’ own, is to pay attention to the spiritual realm and to spiritual forces, but to never allow our eyes to fall away from Jesus, and to call upon the authority of Jesus in the presence of evil. The throne of Jesus can have immediate impact upon and relief from all manifestations of demonic activity, including perverted thinking, malice, hatred, extreme fear, destructive thrill-seeking, or harmful addictions.

True spiritual warfare is all about telling yourself the truth about yourself from God’s perspective. Simplicity. Clarity where there is confusion. The only real deliverance we need is deliverance from lies.

The Last Days. Coming out of confusion.

You are experiencing the final days of “last days” of this age. Jesus is coming back in the flesh very soon! Scripture gave us a lot of clues about when the end of this age will come, and those signs are all around us! God calls the government, political, entertainment and religious systems of the world “Babylon” which basically means confusion. In the last days, many there will be confusion. It will be difficult to tell what’s fake from what is true. Who do you listen to? Who can you trust? To come out of Babylonian systems of confusion, you must know scripture and be open to hearing what God’s will is for your life. Ultimately, God is truth and truth is a person, Jesus Christ. How do you identify true followers of God in the end-times? True followers of God are not driven by a political agenda, greed, money, charisma, signs, wonders and miracles, but a simple love for God and others inspired by the sacrificial love that Jesus Christ demonstrated while on earth.

Christ-centered unity in truth (revelation of Jesus Christ) and love (selfless compassion) is the true mark of believers in the end-times.

The Mark of the Beast. Worship God alone.

At some point, the Scriptures predict that managed communism will take over the world, and God’s people are instructed not to conform, but that this will result in much tragedy.

The second beast…forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in their right hands or in their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666. (Revelation 13:15-18)

The most obvious takeaway from this is, do not allow yourself to be physically marked and brought into any sort of slavery to mankind, such as a vaccine, smartwatch or an embedded chip that monitors your activity and pays you for labor not even if it becomes required by law in cooperation with vaccination tracking. Even getting a vaccination, chip or signing your name to a false contract could be seen by God as giving ownership over to Satan. Your sole dependency should be on God! If you believe in Jesus, you have been bought by the Blood of Jesus and you should never give yourself over to anything that attempts to claim ownership over you. But this also applies to receiving a “mark” in the spiritual realm, receiving a “mark” on the right hand (willful action) or forehead (mindset), or attending a false man-made religious system (such as worshiping the Earth for the sake of climate change). Do not cling to the world, religion or mankind’s systems of control, but instead cling to the kingdom of God and to the true King.

Then I saw another angel flying in midheaven, with an eternal gospel to preach to the inhabitants of the earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people; and he said with a loud voice, “Fear God [with awe and reverence], and give Him glory [and honor and praise in worship], because the hour of His judgment has come; [with all your heart] worship Him who created the heaven and the earth, the sea and the springs of water.” (Revelation 14:6-7, Amp)

Worship can also be obedience, allegiance, attention, even work. So, God takes who we give control/surrender and ownership over our life to very seriously. Only Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who is Lord and God is truly worthy of obedience, allegiance, praise, and affections!

God calls all people out of sin, and marks those who make Jesus their ransom, and their names are entered in the Book of Life. In a Biblical Old Testament census, one had to pay the ransom to be counted as belonging to God. Today, Jesus has to be your ransom by you accepting that He paid for your sins by dying in your place. That is how your name is entered in the Book of Life so you are counted as belonging to Him.

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all (1 Timothy 2:5-6). For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. (Mark 10:45)

One can only be marked by God or have the mark of the beast, but not both. Being marked by God as His means you belong to Him. One cannot belong to God and be in Babylon at the same time:

“No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other…” (Luke 16:13).

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. (1 John 2:15-16).

To belong to God you have to come out of Babylon. Not coming out of Babylon sets you up for the mark of the beast. Anything that separates you from God or discourages you from loving Him sets you up for the mark of the beast. Love God and He will mark you as His. Love the world and the beast will mark you as his. The devil is the power behind the beasts mentioned in Revelation which eventually give rise to the image of the beast and its mark. It’s important to ask the Holy Spirit for conviction of truth and confess our sins and repent (turn away from them) to receive forgiveness.

The New Age Lie. Aliens are demons.

Satan is real and wants to rule the world in a one world order. Satan has lived on this planet for thousands of years and he is trapped here by God. His rebellion against God has trapped him here. The only thing found to deflect and overcome a demons, aliens calling upon the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth The Messiah. This is confirmed research done in 1973 by three New Age UFO researchers. The demons and spirit followers, and fallen angels of Lucifer over hundreds of years have learned to come as aliens and say they are from another planet! This new age lore of Jesus coming in a space ship, and ascended masters and cosmic beings is far more sinister than even most Christians could ever imagine! The majority of main stream media personnel, politicians, high ranking banking executives, big corporate ceo and board members, world leaders, rich, and the famous; have all been possessed and infected by the so called great cosmic being that is so enlightening to be infected with by Lucifer!

It’s clear that in the last days, there will be much confusion and deception about what is really fact, true and what is false. People will call good evil and evil good. There will be a false light, a righteousness that seems right but lacking in power. The Antichrist will produce lying signs and wonders, manifestations.

Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. (2 Cor. 11:14)

Spiritualism, New Age movements, humanism all have their roots in demonic deception of self-worship and self-love. The New Age movement is part of the coming New World Order and may become an official “state” religion. This call will be further strengthened by UFO activity, with a supposed contact with aliens, so that we can be merged with an intergalactic civilization. The New Age Movement is seeking to bring all religions together to homogenize religions across the world and prepare them to receive the One World Church (Globalization of Religion).

In the Book of Enoch it says that the leader of the fallen angels was called Azazel, and he is often identified with Lucifer (the Lightbringer) or Lumiel (‘the light of God’).

The Galactic Federation of Light is the big push of the New Age Movement. Their story, these supposed masters are here to help humanity ascend to the next level. The Galactic Federation of Light is a deception of the evil side, and a part of the grand delusion, they serve both sides.

With one accord the so called ‘aliens’ are calling for a false love, false peace. The so called ‘love’ they are calling for is natural human love based on evolution. This is the grand delusion that Satan and demons disguised as aliens are going to deceive the world with. The mind is the last frontier that man thinks he can conquer. To prove it, God will allow Satan to throw every supernatural power he has at man to deceive them, because they rejected the only way to the truth there was; the strait gate and narrow way. The grand delusion is designed in such a way as to prove to man that he is a “god”. The fallen church will plunge headlong into this delusion, and in fact has already by and large embraced parts of it.

The only way to find freedom from the lies is to know the eternal Word of God and remember it.

Your Future Hope. New Heavens and Earth.

Jesus Christ is coming back soon! Only when Jesus Christ returns and establishes His new government will there be peace and justice for ALL. “For a child has been born—for us! the gift of a son — for us!. He’ll take over the running of the world. His names will be: Amazing Counselor, Strong God, Eternal Father, Prince of Wholeness. His ruling authority will grow, and there’ll be no limits to the wholeness he brings. He’ll rule from the historic David throne over that promised kingdom. He’ll put that kingdom on a firm footing and keep it going With fair dealing and right living, beginning now and lasting always…” (Isaiah 9:6-7, Message)

For those who hold fast to the end and don’t give up, God promises great things. The hardships we will have to endure are but for a moment when compared to eternal life and all that comes with it which await us. What does God have in store for those who choose Him?

“The things which seem impossible with men are possible with God.” (Luke 18:27). “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9).

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:17-18).

New Home. Followers of God are given their new eternal home – a new Earth where God will dwell with us forever! When the final judgment has been completed following the 1,000-year peaceful reign of Jesus, God will roll up Earth and the heavens like a scroll, and a “new heaven and earth” will appear, with the “New Jerusalem” coming down out of heaven from God. God’s dwelling place will then be among His people on the new earth. His beautiful and eternal dwelling place is described in Revelation 21-22.

No more death. “And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4). “…He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.” (Revelation 2:11). “Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:6, 14).

Eternal life. “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.” (1 John 5:11-13). “…the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23). “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.” (1 John 5:11). “…To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” (Revelation 2:7).

No more sin. “…no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. …But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:27). (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). “Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” (Galatians 5:19-21). “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.” (Revelation 21:7). “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:2-3). “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you.”

There will be trouble, but it will be but for a moment compared to eternity. Hold on to the Lord and He will carry you through as He has promised. Fear them not for even if they kill you, that is all they can do to you. Fear God for though they may kill you, He will raise you from death when Jesus comes again. But if you fear humans, you will be lost. Do not be afraid to stand for the truth and to share it. …the very hairs of your head are all numbered. “Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 10: 30-33). “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:27-28). My prayer is that you will choose this moment to follow Christ no matter what! Do not be afraid!

What Next?

God is calling to make a decision. Choose LIFE today! Do not waste the opportunity God has given you to understand what is at stake. You are not guaranteed tomorrow. “Today if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.” (Hebrews 4:7). Don’t focus on the past, the end (future), but live in the NOW where God’s presence is. Seek Him through meditation, prayer, worship, confession and repentance while He can be found! Seek that personal encounter with Jesus Christ. Pray, Think, Study and Obey God’s Word. “And this is the real and eternal life: That they know you, The one and only true God, And Jesus Christ, whom you sent.” God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him. “Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly.” (1 Corinthians 13, Message). “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” (2 Corinthians 6:2)

The ultimate plan for creation is so that God can have children, a body, and Christ can have His bride. This is the good news that we get to enjoy fellowship with God through Christ, being His body. This plan goes beyond all things and into eternity. This is the focus for all of life: God seeks a body to dwell in. It’s not a building, religious institution or political party, it is YOU and I.

All of this is expressed in one sentence in Galatians 5:6 “Faith works through love”. We must live by the faithfulness of Christ alone and our confidence must be in His promises.

Seek God. Let God Love You. Live Loved. Listen to God’s Word. Embrace God’s Grace. Show compassion. Never Give Up!
