How God Lives In You

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. (1 Cor. 6:19-20)

A coded message has been found within the molecules of life; deep within the DNA in each cell of our bodies. Through a remarkable discovery linking Biblical alphabets to our genetic code, the “language of life” may now be read as the ancient letters of a timeless message. Regardless of race, religion, heritage or lifestyle, the message is the same in each cell of every woman, child and man, past and present. (The God Code: The Secret of Our Past, the Promise of Our Future). According to Gregg Braden, the message of the first layer of DNA is, “GOD ETERNAL WITHIN THE BODY." And so it is that science has discovered the God message written within us. The genetic codes in our bodies were created by God the Father. They form a book of sorts written by God Himself. In other words, your genetic material is sacred text.

The Mystery Of Christ Within You

Christ lives in you! This is the hope of glory. (Col 1:27)

There are many religious people who are just comfortable believing facts about the historical Jesus or are looking for a Savior to come and save their country (unite state and religion). However, believing in historical creeds, traditions of men or putting fath in man-made institutions doesn’t save you. What truly saves you is The GOSPEL which is the POWER of GOD for a Godly Life (Romans 1:16). This power is that God lives within you! Not that you are God, but that the same Spirit of Christ (wisdom) that was with Jesus when he lived, died and rose again from the dead now lives in you if you believe! Yes, the same Jesus Christ that walked on the earth also lives inside of you and to be saved, you must allow Christ to be formed in you and set your free from sin (Gal 4:19).

Jesus Christ came to give you power over sin, Satan and the powers of hell. If you received Jesus Christ, then there is hope within you.

And this HOPE will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. (Rom 5:5) What shall we say to all this? For the person who has died with Christ has been freed from the power of sin. Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live together with Him, For the death that He died, He died to sin (ending its power and paying the sinner’s debt) once and for all; and the life that He lives, He lives to glorify God (in unbroken fellowship with Him). (Rom 6:1-6) Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you have been made right with God. The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. (Romans 8:3-14) Letting the SPIRIT control your MIND leads to LIFE and PEACE. (Rom 8:6) So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father." (Romans 8:15) No one has ever seen God. But if we LOVE each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us. (1 John 4:12) Let us unselfishly love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves others is born of God and knows God through personal experience. (1 John 4:7)

• God lives in You! If you are a follower of God, you are part of God’s family. You are not God, but share in His nature. Your body is God’s dwelling place. God cannot be found in buildings or religous denominations. If you believe in the words of Jesus Christ, God dwells within you through the Holy Spirit.

• Spirituality is Faith-Based There are 2 ways to see the world: carnal (earthly) or spiritual. You get what you think about most of the time. To be carnal minded is to be thinking about material things (eating, drinking, buying, selling). To be spiritual minded, is to live by the words of Jesus Christ (mental-heart based living). The world (fallen babylon) worships/esteems sex but followers of God esteem/worship the Heavenly Father in Spirit and Truth. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, everything about Jesus Christ is true of you, too! Believe in Jesus! Don’t follow religion. Jesus was so full of faith that His “bread” was only to do the will of the Father. We too can keep conscious contact with God through the Holy Spirit and do God’s will on earth.

• Your Body is Holy! Your eyes, ears, mind, heart are part of God’s temple. How you see the world affects your reality. Reality is really about agreements you make. To have God’s reality (or Christ consciousness) is to have the holy scriptures in you through meditation, thoughts, prayers, songs. Spiritual warfare is about battling against false ideas (not people).

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. (Romans 12:1-2, MSG)

How to Transform Your Mind

If Christ is in you, then the goal is to experience the power and life of God through transforming your mind and spirit from sin consciousness to LOVE CONSCIOUSNESS.

Jesus said to keep His commandments and then you will know the love of God. To develop the mind of Christ, the key is meditation on truth. Meditate daily on the Word of Christ. It’s not about how much you read, but how deep you go into God’s word so that Jesus’s words become your thoughts and desires. Jesus Himself said that those who do the will of the Heavenly Father will have eternal life. (See Your Face O Lord I Shall Seek)
